Hongsen expansion valve is mainly applied in refrigeration systems, serving the following purposes:
• Throttling and pressure reduction: It throttles and reduces the pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant condensed by the condenser, converting it into a low-temperature and low-pressure vapor-liquid mixture that is easy to evaporate, which then enters the evaporator to absorb heat through evaporation.
• Flow regulation: It automatically adjusts the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator according to changes in the refrigeration load to meet the system's cooling capacity requirements.
• Superheat control: By regulating the flow, it ensures a certain degree of superheat in the evaporator, preventing liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor and causing liquid hammer. Meanwhile, it controls the superheat within a specific range to avoid abnormal overheating.
